Past Life Reading/Clearing - Josh

Josh, a young man I knew, was a born leader. Even before he was a teen ager, Josh always seemed to be the leader and he handled it very well without being controlling. There was always something that bothered him now, even though he was in a leadership role where he worked. All who met him liked him and he got along well with everyone. He got promoted at work five times and was to soon to be promoted again. Through all this, something just didn't feel comfortable about it to him.

What I saw was a past life near Mt. Vesuvius during the time it erupted. When Mt. Vesuvius erupted in 79 AD, Josh was a well respected man living in Pompeii. The people looked up to him as a leader. When the volcano blew, a group of people looked to him to lead them to safety. He led them to what he thought was a safe way out, but the volcano had other ideas and sent its lava down to block their escape. No matter which way they turned the whole group was trapped and subsequently burned in the lava.

At the time when he saw they were trapped, he blamed himself for all their deaths. He has been carrying this around with him for centuries. In this life, his brother, two sisters, mother and father were all part of his group that died in Pompeii. Once I made all this clear to Josh and he realized their deaths were not his fault, he was able to let this go and be more comfortable with his new position in life.

I'm so grateful to share this with you and want to Thank You for sharing your time with Me.

Our Pets Remind Us To Live In The Moment

I love the sounds of nature. In the morning when I walk our puppy, Juniper Berry, sometimes my mind is preoccupied with the upcoming events of the day and I don’t pay attention to my surroundings. Juniper who is discovering new sights and sounds, helps bring me back to reality. Suddenly I feel a pull on the leash. I look down, she has sat down and is listening intently to a sound. Her big Boston Terrier ears are like radars honing in on the origin of the sound. At my urgency to continue she looks at me as if saying “Wait a minute, I am listening here!!” At that moment I realize I was taking a walk but my brain was somewhere else. So we stay in silence and watch and listen. Animals are like that, always in the present. What a gift!

I am grateful for the moments I have with Juniper, she is a gift in my life.

My deepest fear...

I was talking to a friend this morning and we were discussing our insecurities about being the center of attention and having others put us there - makes us very uncomfortable! Why is that? Well, I think Marianne Williamson said it best and I want to share that insight with you...

“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”

When I was a child I was taught not to 'toot my own horn' as people would not like it. As a child I was told to 'be seen and not heard'. As a child I believed I was supposed to be 'humble'. Now, as an adult, I am dealing with all those 'pearls of wisdom' from my parents. 'How can I be brilliant, talented and fabulous' without offending and making everyone around me feel insecure, but most of all, 'How do I do this without those old adages playing in my head on a consistent and repetitive basis? How do I liberate myself from my own fear of being great? Byron Katie would be asking 'Who would I be without this story'? Who would I be? I would be a child of God - made in his own image and meant to shine! We were not made in the image of Jesus, Buddha or Mohammad - we were made in the image of God! What a concept - now I have to think about that on a minute by minute basis - drop the old story and replace it with new thoughts.

I copied the quote from Marianne Williamson and have placed it in front of my computer so I can read it a couple of times a day.....Change your thinking - change your life. I will work on this.

Thank you for sharing your time with me. You are appreciated.

OTHILA - SEPARATION/HOME/PROPERTY

Runic Number: 23
Letter: O
Old English Name: Otel
German Name: Othila
Meaning: Separation, Home, Homeland, Property
Element(s): Earth
Zodiac Sign: Gemini
Gemstone: Ruby
Colour: Deep Yellow

Introduction:

Othila links with the home extending to represent ancestral wisdom - that
which is passed down to us. It reminds us that as one life ends the next
in line must 'pick up the baton', the wisdom, and responsibility and
continue on the journey. It is a time of separating paths. Old skins must be shed
and outmoded relationships discarded. When this Rune appears in a spread, a
peeling away is called for. The Cycle Rune, Othila is a Rune of radical severance.
The proper action is submission and, quite probably, retreat-knowing how and when
to retreat and possessing the firmness of will to carry it out.

Interpretation:

Upright.

This rune may indicate some gain through inheritance or perhaps even
through birthright. It is a time to develop latent potential.
Be on your guard but always act fairly, the opportunities exist to achieve
great wealth for those who act with honour.

Inverted.

Lack of planning or poor preparation may lead to problems. Inactivity
results in lost opportunities. Responsibilities must be grasped and taken seriously.

German Name: Algiz

Element: Air
Zodiac Sign: Aquarius
Gemstone: Amethyst
Color: Gold

Introduction:

Algiz is used to ward off evil. It is said to offer opportunities for
growth but more important than that, it offers protection. This Rune serves
as a mirror for the Spiritual Warrior, the one whose battle is always with the self.
Timely action and correct conduct are the only true protection.

Interpretation:

Upright.

The things that you have worked so hard for are coming to fruition. New
relationships will enrich your life and positive influences are shaping
every aspect of your existence.

allies.

Inverted.

You may find yourself coming under attack. Take steps to protect yourself
and be careful not to allow yourself to become exposed or vulnerable.

Eihwaz takes its name from the Yew tree. It was from this tree that the
Vikings fashioned bows to defend themselves and their land. The yew tree
also symbolized warmth as it fed their fires.

reminds us that new beginnings and fresh starts can only come after some

TAROT - THE HERMIT

The card of the Hermit represents inner strength, vigilance, and counsel; it can also represent prudence, caution, and patience. The card of the Hermit can also symbolize your withdrawal from something, an annulment; it may also be telling you that you are going to be or already are a loner. Do not let this bother you there are times in your life when being a loner or Hermit is what you may need to solve a problem.

The Hermit is a knowledge seeker, and the knowledge he is seeking will not be found in the physical world, this knowledge can only be found within you. The Hermit also knows that he must seek his answers on his own, only the sound of his inner voice and the light of the lamp are there to guide him on his journey. If you are to find the answers you are looking for you must seek with those answers with no distractions, it is not enough to rid yourself of your inner turmoil; you must also rid yourself of your outer turmoil as well. The only way to do this is to follow the Hermit in his example, which is complete isolation and withdrawal from the world. This time the isolation is not just by choice, but now it is also a necessity.

If the Hermit has learned his lessons and found true wisdom, he will often pick up his lamp, and return to the “real” world in order to help others meet their own potential. The Hermit knows that true enlightenment and wisdom can only come from within. Wisdom is not presented to you on a silver platter; it is a gift that you give to yourself. Your life lessons can’t be forced, rushed, or made to happen before its time. Wisdom can only come from knowledge when you earn it. Everything you left behind on this journey will still be there when you return, in fact the only thing that will have changed…is you.

If the Hermit appears in your spread he might be telling you that you need to learn more about yourself, and why you exist. He is telling you that it is time to put your worldly problems on hold; it is time to work on the inner you. If the Hermit card appears in the “How others see you” this could mean that other may see you as a mentor, you may be able to teach someone something they did not know. It could also mean that a mentor or a teacher is about to enter your life, if that is the case make sure you are open to the possibility of learning something new.

TAROT - THE DEVIL CARD

THE DEVIL

The Devil card is another card that is misunderstood, the card does not mean you are going to hell, the card is not evil, and however, the card does represent your inner demons. The card of the Devil represents ravage, downfall, violence, disaster, controversy, and it can also represent an ill tempered person, and weird or strange experiences, and it can also mean an unexpected failure.

When something goes wrong in a person’s life and they don’t want to take responsibility for their own actions they have a tendency to say “the devil made me do it”. The Devil did not make you do anything you did not want to do. You allowed the Devil into your life and now you want to blame him for your actions. When you allow the Devil into you, and you allow him to take control of you, you are allowing his power to turn your life upside down. The Devil is here to teach you that you can free yourself from whatever restrictions are holding you back. If you submit to your inner Devil (demons) you are also allowing every other negative force out there to enter into you. This is a card that is telling you that you are a victim……but only to yourself and by your own making. If you are to have control over your inner demons you must first accept that you have negativity in you, but you can take control of those demons and not allow them to control you.

If the card of the Devil shows himself in a spread he is telling you the answer you are looking for will not come easily, but once you find those answers they will be freeing. This card is also telling you that if you allow desire to control you it can lead to such things as obsession, addictions, and anything else that would be unhealthy for you. You can take this as a warning to not be afraid of your desires, enjoy the healthy ones, they are beneficial to you. You must also take this card as a warning not to give your destructive desires any kind of foothold in your life, to do so will lead you down a path you don’t want to go and may not come back from. This card is ominous but it is not meant to be scary, it is meant to be a warning, this card says you are heading in the wrong direction but you can come back from it.

If the Devil card shows up in your “Crossing” position it could be telling you that you are not in control of your life right now, something else is controlling you, and it is a result of your own actions. If you think that darkness has taken over your life then it probably has, but again you created the situation and the Devil card is there to tell you in no uncertain terms that if you don’t get off this path and on to another you are doomed, but the Devil did not make you do it. Take responsibility for your actions and make the change.

TAROT - THE COURT CARDS

THE COURT CARDS

Some of the most confusing cards in the Tarot deck are the Court cards. There are Court cards for each suit, and depending on the deck the names for the Court cards are different. The most common names used for the four Court cards are Paige’s, Knight’s, Queen’s, and King’s.

One of the reasons the Court cards can be so confusing is because court cards almost always indicate a person or in some cases people. This person or these people can be in the seekers life either in the past, in the present, or in the future, it is also not unheard of that the person in question is the seeker themselves.

The court cards are confusing because of the fact that they deal with people, if you are getting a general reading and a court card comes up in the health spot, how are you supposed to interpret that? Do you interpret it too mean the seeker is supposed to seek out a doctor and if so what kind and where? Probably the only time a Court card would not be confusing is if you were asking a specific question, because then the card would revolve around the question. Of course it also depends upon where in the spread the Court card is. Another way the court card can be confusing, is not just the card itself but the type of deck you are using.

Don’t get discouraged if a court card appears in a spread and it does not seem to have any purpose, it is not the end, there is a reason the card showed up, and in the spread and area that it did, It is up to the reader to figure out why it showed up where it did, and what it means.

Most of the time the card is just trying to either remind you that there is someone special about to come into your life, or they are reminding you of someone who is already in your life. The final reason is to remind you, that you are the special person in your life and to trust yourself.

SPIRIT GUIDE READING AND DOUBT

Years ago, a friend of mine, Susan, came to me and asked me to do a Spirit Guide Reading for Barbara, a friend of hers. Barbara lived in New England and I live in Arizona. I had never met Barbara and knew nothing about her. This was my very first Spirit Guide reading for someone I didn't know, knew nothing about, had never seen, and frankly, I doubted myself a little. I talked to Barbara on the phone for just a few minutes to let her know I would do her reading and I would be emailing her information to her when I was finished.

I was still a little doubtful, but I sat down and asked that any of her Spirit Guides wanting to give her their name and some information to please come and talk to me. First, came Richard, an Englishman, who told me that in a past life when Barbara was a man, Barbara was his best employee. Barbara had been conscientious, smart, and had a great head for business. Richard was her guide in this life to help her with her new business. I thanked him, but I didn't know anything about a business for Barbara.

Next came a famous writer from early in the 20th century. She was a hoot to talk to and I enjoyed it immensely. She told me she was going to help Barbara with her writing.

Then came Mary Magdalene. After that, Harold showed up and said he was here to help Barbara with relationships, because she was terrible with relationships. Quite a few guides showed up after that, some who had been family or friends in previous lives, all here to help her because they still loved her so much. Barbara had actually been a guide for a few of them when she was in the spirit world and they were in the physical.

Last, a beautiful angel appeared dressed in a yellow flowing robe. She gave me her name and told me to tell Barbara "that I dance, too". She was holding one side of her dress and gracefully moving it back and forth and dancing. (Usually when I see angels, they aren't dancing.)

I emailed this information off to Barbara believing she would think I had lost my mind. I still doubted myself. Within a few hours, I got a wonderful response from Barbara. She wanted me to know that she had just quit her job recently and had decided to start her own business, so Richard was spot on. She was a writer and welcomed the help of the famous writer. She had felt from her early childhood that Mary Magdalene was always with her. Then she said, "Yes, I stink at relationships, so I am grateful for Harold."
She wrote more but ended by saying that the angel was right since she, Barbara, was taking flamenco dancing lessons.

I jumped out of my chair and started dancing myself. Barbara just validated me, my abilities and everything I knew to be true but had been doubting. We all have doubts about certain things in our lives, but now when I doubt myself, I just remember the dancing angel.

RUNE #2 - URUZ - STRENGTH

RUNE #2- URUZ - Strength

Runic Number: 2
Letter: U
Old English Name: Ur/Uruz
Meaning: Auroch, Strength, Virility (Male), Fertility (Female).
Element(s): Earth
Zodiac Sign: Cancer and Leo
Gemstone: Carbuncle/ Roser Quartz/Carnelian
Colour: Dark Green

Introduction:

Ur or Uruz symbolizes the, now extinct, auroch (a wild bison). These animals were prized for their great strength and relative speed. They were also significant because the hunting of these creatures formed part of a 'rites of passage' for young warriors.

Interpretation:

Upright. The RUNE "Uruz" symbolizes the strength to break through and move on. It is a sign of new beginnings, a time to shake off the past and to take advantage of new opportunities. We are reminded that before each new beginning must come an ending and endings can be an emotional time. However, we must remember that ultimately, it will be to our benefit.

By living each day to its fullest, we can be assured that from every ending comes new life. We must do whatever it takes to succeed and seize each moment so that we will never come to regret missed chances.

When the RUNE "Uruz" is picked, it represents a favourable time for high risk ventures.

Inverted.

When the RUNE "Uruz" is inverted in a spread, it signals a possible time of ill health, lack of vitality or general weakness which may manifest itself in weak will power or lack of clarity in thought.

A possible missed opportunity will require careful consideration and planning if it is to be dealt with successfully. There is a potential advantage to be gained through any kind of loss, but it may require an extraordinary or unusual act of will, courage, and strength of character to capitalize on any rewards to be gained.

TAROT CARD - THE CHARIOT

The Chariot represents a choice, however, not in the way you may think. The choice is not about choosing one path and leaving the other behind, it is about choosing one path and then making the other path work with the one you chose, they need to work together. The griffins that appear on some Tarot decks are black and white, this is to represent opposite ideas, issues, or situations.

The Chariot usually deals with emotions and the necessity to control those emotions; this is where the choice comes into play. Instead of wasting time and energy complaining and grieving you should use that energy to take action and to make changes not only in your life but in the world as well. Your emotions are what help you make decision about every aspect of your life. The Chariot embodies the type of discipline necessary to gain control over your emotions. Many of us have inner demons to deal with and our inner demons are often more difficult to defeat then the outer ones.

If the Chariot appears in your spread it could mean you either have or are about to claim a victory of some kind through discipline and confidence, you are about to experience a moment when all your opposition has been defeated. The Chariot may also be telling you to not let anything distract or sway you from achieving your goals. If you believe in your own power then nothing is beyond your ability.

If the Chariot appears in the “Above your Head” position this could mean that whatever the problem is you need to figure it out, because it is keeping you from moving forward. Moving forward is the only way you can accomplish your goal. If the card appears in the “Past Influences” spot in the spread it could be telling you that you have already faced your inner demons. It is now time for you to move onto the next leg of your journey, you have found a way to make your choices work with one another.

Traveling with Loved Ones

Ann and Ted had known each other for about 7 years before their relationship became more than just best friends. They just somehow knew that they had a bond that went back many, many lifetimes.

I saw many lifetimes where they were together. Their last life together had been in the early 20th century. The year was 1937. Ann was 15. Ted was 17. They were brother and sister and lived on a beautiful farm in Nebraska. They were as close as siblings could be. The parents were extremely loving and caring. They had a wonderful family life. One day Ann and Ted were on the back of a hay wagon that was heading back to the barn. They were clowning around with leftover hay and just being silly. Ted threw open his arms which accidently knocked Ann off the wagon backwards. Her head landed on a stone and she was killed instantly. Ted was devastated. He just couldn't stop the guilt.

After the attack on Pearl Harbor, Ted joined the army. He volunteered for every dangerous, and suicide mission he could. He was killed in December of 1942.

Ted was reincarnated in 1945. Ann was reincarnated in 1950. They didn't find each other until they were in their 40's but when they did find one another, they knew beyond a shadow of a doubt that they were destined to be together and they also knew they had been together before. Even today, their bond is as strong as ever and they know they will be together in many lifetimes to come.

Tarot Card - Temperance

Temperance by definition means to modify or strengthen by adding a new component to an existing substance or mixture. Temperance represents moderation, good influence, patience, confidence, harmony, and fusion. This card is seen as the more mature version of the Chariot, Temperance does not have to make both paths work as one, her ability to maintain a balance ensures that both paths are and will stay in balance.

Temperance can and often does refer to two distinct beings coming together and functioning as one. Most times it does refer to a relationship, but relationships can mean friendship, partnership, or it can even mean some kind of compromise. Temperance is about balance and moderation, it may seem like a good idea to seek only the positive but life needs balance, and the balance to positive is of course negative. Temperance has the ability to adjust her energy to maintain perfect balance in any situation; she faces all that comes her way with complete confidence, knowing that she can handle anything with the utmost grace and beauty.

If the card of Temperance shows herself in a spread she may be trying to tell you to take a closer look at either yourself or your relationship with another, you may be out of balance, you may need to compromise or cooperate with another person, or even yourself. She may even be trying to tell you that you need to start fixing something before it get you too far out of balance. Temperance may also be warning you to be mindful of your reactions, don’t add to your chaotic situation by overreacting or adding unneeded drama. She is telling you that now is the time to find and keep your balance in this situation.

If the card Temperance shows herself in the “Significator” position you are being told that you are out of balance, you need to find why you are out of balance and find a way to fix it. You are the only one who can find your balance and you must do so if you are to achieve your goal, whatever it may be. Temperance will help you find your way.

Past Life Reading – Kerry & Louie

Kerry, a friend of mine, has a son Louie who is treating her terribly. He has a heart problem and is feeling very depressed. Because of his health problem, he can't do any manual labor and has no other training. He feels depressed. Because of his feelings of depression and unworthiness, he feels like no one could ever love him. He is taking all these feelings out on the one person he can always count on and who helps him, his Mom.

To help explain these feelings I did a past life reading for Kerry and found two lives that related to their problem.

The First Life.
It was the mid 1200's. Kerry's son, Louie, was the daughter of a nobleman. Louie/she had a badly deformed arm, which gave her feelings of unworthiness, depression, and "no one wants me like I am". She finally met a wealthy young man, who overlooked her deformity. They got to know each other and fell in love. Even though they weren't formally engaged yet, they had an understanding that they were going to get married. Kerry, (his mom in this life) was a beautiful young woman who was a bit of a gold digger. Kerry set her sites on the young man who loved Louie. Kerry pretended to have money when in fact she didn't, she just wanted the young man's money. Kerry flirted with him and told the young man she was in love with him. Kerry made him believe he also loved her, and that Louie didn't really love him. The young man ran off with Kerry, leaving Louie, who died young of a broken heart.

The Second Life
In the middle ages, Louie was a very brave warrior who had fought in many, many battles. He was well known for his courage and his bravery. In a particularly violent battle, he was seriously wounded in the chest. He would have died, but with much care from his mother (Kerry) who was a healer, herbalist, he pulled through. Because the wounds had been so serious, he was never strong enough to fight another battle. This depressed him since he prided himself on his courage and prowess in battle. He blamed his mother, Kerry, for saving his life and not letting him die. He took his depression out on her and regularly beat her. After one of these beatings, Kerry was hurt very badly and died. This made him feel even worse, and he then took his own life.

This helped Kerry understand a little more. She is working on the problem with a whole new perspective.

From Beauty to Sapphire

A friend of mine with six rescued horses contacted me one day to ask if I would communicate with one of the animals who was creating problems.
When I communicated with Sapphire, she showed herself to me with her mane made up in braids, her coat sleek and shiny, her tail beautifully combed. She let me know that she wanted to be addressed by the name of Beauty.
I relayed this information to my friend who exclaimed “Yes! That was my teenage horse, it is all about me, me, me!” Soon after a trainer started working with the Sapphire and took care of that selfish behavior. Now she is gentle, and yes, very beautiful while my friend practices a healing modality using the horses, Sapphire has turned out to be a star pupil, eager to help out when her services are required.

Many times we take for granted that animals have feelings and personalities. The breed of the animal usually tells us how hyper, nervous, energetic the animal will be throughout its life. Other times, when the animal has been neglected or traumatized it will continue to act out, until a kind, loving person shows the pet a better way of living.

I am grateful I am able to share this information. If I can assist you in connecting with one of your animals, or if you would like more information on animal communication, please feel free to contact me at: www.fromme2youonline.com.Thank you for sharing your time with me.

Listening to our Pets

Experiencing nature through the senses of a youngster is wonderful, especially when this youngster is a dog! My home is in Arizona where the sun rises very early in the summer. I take our seven month old Boston Terrier out for walks in the mornings, our backyard is the desert so the walks are full of wonder and adventure. I enjoy watching her body language. When she is tired, she will just plop down, tongue hanging, she has to rest for two minutes and then she is ready to go again. Or when she hears a new sound, she stops all of a sudden, ears perked up, alert and listening. I too stop and listen, almost not breathing to be able to hear what she is hearing. There are lots of birds, bugs, scurrying lizards, rabbits that jump out and disappear in the maze of shrubs and cactus. Then as quickly as she stopped, she resumes the walk as if to say “Never mind, it was nothing.”

I am privileged to have her in our home, she is teaching me a lot about getting in touch with my senses and just be in the moment. A gift we easily loose in this busy world we live in.

If you would like to have me communicate with your pet or if you would like more information about how to communicate with your pets, please contact me at: www.fromme2youonline.com.

Thank You for being willing to share your time with me. You are appreciated.
