Taking The Law Of Attraction To The Next Level

In March 2006 a film called "The Secret" presented the "Law of Attraction" to the world, sold at a tremendous pace and gained widespread attention from the media with Newsweek, Larry King, Oprah and others discussing the information in their respective outlets. In September 2006 Hay House published a book, "The Law of Attraction" by Esther Hicks (Abraham-Hicks), which reached the New York Times best-seller list.

If you're reading this, I'm confident you've seen the film, read the book and are either working with the 'LAW' or at least attempting to learn the process so you can actually CREATE YOUR DESIRES.

The Secret movie makes it look easy, doesn't it? Abraham does too. So why is it still so HARD to get what you want? Why do most people feel like they're creating a manifestation mountain to climb instead of creating their desires?

You're thinking good thoughts. You have a positive attitude. You're doing all the right things... right?

Maybe not...

Are you trying to make everyone else responsible for your ‘reactions’ instead of taking responsibility for your ‘actions’? Are you holding onto your own power or are you giving it away to whoever pisses you off? Are you taking good care of your physical body and your physical mind? Are you taking good care of your emotional body and your emotional mind? What about your physical heart and your emotional heart?

Laziness, and a lack of focus, has affected us. It’s causing a massive problem, since many of us fail to exercise our mind and/or our body. Scientists and many other experts are trying to find the cause of this problem, but they are trying to combat our lack of drive and clear thinking with drugs. Many of us are trying to drown ourselves in liquor and/or food. We believe it does not matter what we drink or eat, because according to The Secret, we are what we believe ourselves to be. So, if you believe you are thin and apply the Law of Attraction, you will be thin. It doesn’t work that way! If we desire to be thin we cannot live a healthy life by eating and drinking whatever we want and avoiding exercise and good nutrition, no matter what we tell ourselves. What we are failing to realize is that no matter what the Law of Attraction tells us, if we fail to take care of our body and mind, it will only lead to low self-esteem, lack of confidence, poor health, more bad behaviors, stinkin thinkin, and ultimately the death of our desires.

We must have a balanced diet and exercise to keep the mind and body healthy. When you eat and drink healthy, you keep the body and mind from becoming sluggish and it boosts your self-esteem and confidence. When one keeps the body and brain functioning healthy by accepting responsibility for ones own actions and reactions, the mind will flow with greater ease, new ideas will develop, you will stay focused, your attitude on life will become more real and the laziness we have come to know intimately will begin to fade, thereby reducing stress. Once you reduce the stress you can transform your body and mind to a healthier state. Your mental power and acuteness will skyrocket and you will begin to implement into your daily life, a more realistic idea of your true self-image, not the one you have been pretending to be. Building your true self-image will teach you to trust yourself and your decisions and you will begin to feel better about the choices you make.

You will begin to feel energized and motivated - you will be ready to face the many challenges and problems that you previously encountered while thriving on stress. Your lethargy or laziness is replaced with a new sense of self-worth and a more realistic self-image. You will bring personal transformation into focus and you will begin to look at yourself and others in a different light.

We have the power to transform our life overnight but it is not realistic to think that we can do this. Changing your way of life requires a huge and uncompromising commitment.
Once you start working towards better physical and mental health, you will find that your confidence and self-esteem are strengthened by your personal accomplishments.

The Law Of Attraction Is NOT Easy! The Law of Attraction does work but it takes some practice and the same uncompromising commitment you just made to yourself. There is definitely a learning curve to all of this manifestation business!

You see The Secret, and Abraham have only given you part of the formula to conscious creation. Don't get me wrong. The mainstream attention of the Law of Attraction has certainly raised conscious awareness, but it was just a taste, a kind of "LOA 101" and for those of us that are hungry to move to the next level may find there is little information available. My years of searching and study turned out to be a long, hard road, and I have had several ideas that did not work out the way I thought they should or would, but I believe I have finally put all the pieces of the puzzle together. Still, it has taken me years to learn, so if you're caught up in day-to-day living (survival) and are limited in the time you can devote to self-empowerment then come visit my blog often as it is devoted to helping all of us learn how to make The Law of Attraction work for us on a daily basis. How To Be Creative When It Comes To Your Garden

You were born creative. When you were in kindergarten the boxes of crayons were not limited to only those kids who possessed potential, because the truth is, everyone has potential. So, hopefully this article will once again convince you that you can bring creativity back into your life.

Creative Rule #1. Follow your heart and the beat of your own drum. When you listen to the suggestions of others it only brings disharmony to the garden you are trying to create. When you have a unique idea, don’t waste your time or effort trying to please other people. They will never appreciate the full measure of your uniqueness because they are never in the exact same space or mindset as you. If you notice, the usual help or advice you receive will normally come in the form of negative feedback, like “Don’t plant that kind of flower or lettuce – it doesn’t grow very well here”. If everyone listened only to the negative information, and not to their hearts, we would probably not even bother planting a garden. How sad would that be? Listen to yourself – you have all the information you need!

Creative Rule #2. Get outside and sit with your garden and your thoughts. When you are sitting quietly, in your own space, clear and relax your mind, breathe deep and allow that creative spark in you to awaken, flourish and grow. It will come. The more time you spend in your garden the more you will find your special gift of creativity. You will also soon find that others will welcome your originality more because it is uniquely yours and it allows them to see how important an asset you are; and in allowing yourself to be special, you are encouraging them to do the same.

Creative Rule #3. There is no need for fancy gadgets or tools. A true artist reduces the number of tools in their gardening shed because as we gain experience in our garden we know what works, what doesn’t, and we find we only need a few perfect tools. I have a perfect shovel, a couple of different rakes and a hand trowel I would be lost without. What more do I need?

Creative Rule #4. No garden will happen without some kind of passion. Does it wake you up in the mornings? Do you think of the flame burning in your fire-pit? What is the flower you have to have in your garden? Are there any plants you must have or your garden will be incomplete? Are you a flower child or the vegetable green giant type? Is the outdoors your passion and you really don’t care if it is a flower garden or a vegetable garden, just as long as you can be outside? That is passion and that is what will keep you going.

Creative Rule #5. Take a walk through the neighborhood and check out other gardens. Look online for inspirational ideas, pictures or through magazines and/or gardening books. You can’t force inspiration. Sometimes it hits when you least expect it, so for those unpredictable, yet inevitable moments, you might want to be prepared by having a notebook with you to record your ideas. In recording your ideas you will also discover your own style. Is it brightly colored flowers or do you like the pastels? There are so many choices, but only one will be uniquely yours.

So, again, think of all the colors in the crayon box – which ones do you like the best and which ones will you stay away from? Get your notebook, read the thoughts you wrote down and know that you are capable of creating the most beautiful and bountiful garden in both your heart and your yard!
